Studio Bertjan Pot denounces contract with Italian Design Label Skitsch.
September 18th 2012, Studio Bertjan Pot has denounced her contract with Italian Design Label Skitsch. Reasons for this are breach of contract by Skitsch at various points and a very difficult communication.
Skitsch was asked to remove all designs by Studio Bertjan Pot from the collection and not to sell them any longer. This concerns the ‘Dazzle Chair’, ‘Speaker Box’ and ‘Pion’.
Table Lamp ‘Pion’ has a quality issue, the neck of the lampshade closes poorly to the base of the lamp which creates a fold in the lampshade. If you have purchased the lamp, Studio Bertjan Pot advises you to return it.
Studio Bertjan Pot hopes in this way to eventually also reach Skitsch.
